At AS Computer, we want our customers to feel confident when buying used laptops from us. Every laptop we sell is carefully checked and tested before delivery. Along with this, we provide a fair warranty and return policy for your peace of mind.
1. Warranty on Used Laptops
All our used laptops come with a warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the product.
The warranty covers hardware issues related to normal use (e.g., motherboard, hard drive, RAM, screen).
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, battery backup, software issues, or problems caused by mishandling.
2. Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the laptop has a serious fault that cannot be repaired..
The laptop must be in the same condition as when sold (no damage, scratches, or missing parts).
You must provide the original receipt at the time of return.
3. Exchange Policy
If your laptop shows any major fault during the first 7 days, we will provide you with a replacement or exchange for another laptop of the same value.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if a suitable replacement is not available.
